We popped into Chorlton Green Brasserie yesterday for coffee and cake and had a look at the menu, as it’s now under new management.
I’ve got to say the choice looks really good, with lots of interesting dishes, Blackened cod, with rice, Wasabi cream & ginger, sounds amazing? They also have a really comprehensive breakfast & brunch menu and its a great spot for meeting up with friends. Beech Road in Chorlton, where its situated, is a hub of activity at the weekend with loads of shops and galleries.
Amber, our daughter, tried the Oreo Cookie cake which she was very impressed with, and she is a bit of a connoisseur of cakes, so not easily impressed. They also had red velvet cake and a very decadent looking Reese’s peanut butter cake.

Hi Karen,
Love your blog – look forward to what's coming next. I haven't visited Chorlton to eat for some time and must put that right. This place will be onmy must visit.
The menu looks really good and the smells coming from the kitchen were too! They also serve a Sunday lunch x
