I don’t know about you but when I have time on my hands I can while a way many an hour reading design blogs. Some of my favourites are so inspirational and the photography so beautiful, I find my self spending more time reading theirs than writing my own.
Here are just a few of the many that I follow. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do, but be warned they are addictive!
This is the home of Australian interior designer Vivian Mansour who writes the blog http://www.ishandchi.blogspot.com/
This is the blog of stylist Nathalie Walton who writes http://dailyimprint.blogspot.com/ and muses about all things design from fashion, interiors, music etc etc.
These gorgeous images are the home of french jewellery designer/maker Emma Cassi. I have followed Emmas lovely blog for a few years now and am really pleased to see her work becoming more recognised. Emma will be showcasing her creations at this years selvedge Christmas fair in London and has a competition on her blog to win free tickets!
Finally a new blogger who I will be following keenly is my friend Helen, who blogs under the name http://indiannadreams.blogspot.com/ Helen is a very talented quilter and embroiderer, and was the lady who was behind my most fantastic Christmas present to date, my embroidered personalised penguin notebook cover, which featured in my St Ives post back in June. Helen is due to embark on a three month road trip around Europe with her partner Tim, in their VW camper and will be keeping us all updated on their adventure as well as featuring many more crafting projects, ideas and competitions, so definitely one to watch!
