I’ve just been catching up on reading some blogs I follow and came across images of this amazing restaurant Hueso in Mexico.
The restaurants name translated means bone and the walls are suitably decorated with cast aluminium animal skulls and bones, set within timber boxes, painted white, to make one huge art installation. The inspiration behind the theme was Darwinism and the idea was created and formed by celebrity chef Alfonso Cadena and his brother’s design studio. What an amazing space it must be to dine in?
