Now that work has finally calmed down, I can start thinking about our early summer holiday to Ibiza next week. It was my birthday yesterday and I have some birthday money burning a hole in my pocket, so before I hit the shops, I have been doing a little bit of online window shopping. I’m a big fan of dresses when I am on holiday and generally throughout the summer. They are so easy to wear, you don’t have to think about coordinating everything and pretty much every pair of sandal you choose goes with a simple unstructured, pull on over the head, dress. Call me lazy if you like but it also cuts down on the amount of luggage you have to take, leaving plenty of room in your case to bring back market finds, of which Ibiza have the best!
Easy chic from Anthropologie with beautiful accessories to complete the look
A jumpsuit is this season’s stylish alternative to the dress
Poolside essentials, a pretty flat and a loose denim cover up.
Gorgeous glass beads, just enough to take your dress through to the evening. Toast have these beads in a selection of brights and white, all beautiful.
I love the prints in Stella McCartneys S/S 12 collection but as my budget won’t stretch, the dress below from French Connection has a similar vibe, with the contrasting prints on the sleeves and hem.
This dress is just stunning for a bit of Ibiza luxe in the evening. I love the colour and the heavy embroidery on the bodice.
